My grandfather, Lindy, wore this horseshoe ring. I plan to get it re-sized, so his good fortune can help me out as I start this blog.
But which direction do I wear it?
If I were to hang a horseshoe above my door, I would know to hang it as a “u”, so the good luck would not spill out. Well, unless I wanted the luck to pour over all who entered, in which case I would hang the horseshoe as an “n”.
But what about a ring? If I’d like to keep all of the luck (I’ll share with you later, promise), do I have the ends point toward my wrist, or away from it?

Wear it in one day and out the next… see what happens

I’ll give it a shot when you’re around. Then, if I’ve got it on the wrong way and all my luck spills out, it’ll spill on you!

My grandpa had one like it too!! And if I were to wear it, I would treat it like my Aggie ring. The shield faced towards me because my time was not yet complete at A&M, and then during graduation when I was ready to go out and take on the world I turned it around!
I would wear the horseshoe facing me, taking on all of the luck I could. And then when the time is right, turn it around and share it with the world. As the luck pours out on those around you, it must circle back to you eventually!

That makes total sense. I’ll hog all the luck for now. Thanks Cory!
